The mechanical room located on the 25th floor of a prestigious downtown highrise in Toronto now has a successfully installed suspended slab waterproofing system, thanks to ICC. Additionally, ICC completed a thorough repair of the northwest HVAC chamber on the same floor.

ICC returned after a few months to carry out some maintenance tasks. They completed mechanical room chamber coating and touch-ups, as well as installing HVAC chamber coating, fire-stopping, and crack-filler.

STAGE 3 – Metal caulking installation

STAGE 4 – Troweled repairs, raceways

STAGE 5 – Base coat membrane installation

STAGE 6 – Protective topcoat with anti-slip installation
